- Ibérico de Bellota
It is made from Ibérico-type lard pigs with at least 75% genetic purity; such pigs are bred in extensive conditions on the southeastern pastures of Spain, and held under natural circumstances, meaning acorn-based feeding in the last three months. This ham borrows its excellent quality from the prolonged and slow maturing process. All these activities serve the manufacture of one of the finest delicacies ever.

A new taste to explore: an original and special delicacy that was unknown for a long time until its rediscovery by Monte Nevado. Due to the genetic characteristics, natural breeding and the climate of the environment, the perfect infiltration of the fat enables longer maturing to provide for the excellent quality of the characteristic taste.

It deserves the time to enjoy the taste of Serrano Gran Reserva: it represents the finest quality among our white hams. It is the most substantial as compared to the size; with this product, we have brought back the legendary forms reminding us of the old, family pig-killings.
- Serrano - Legado de Liedos
A Serrano ham with youthful and characteristic taste. The peculiar flavour is owing to the excellently selected raw material, the low salt content and the long maturing procedure in cellars, which at the same time borrowed the name to the ham, as well.
- Serrano - Trivium
Due to the carefully selected, fat raw material, it is a ham of excellent quality. The short curing period and maturing in natural cellars under cold winter and warm, dry summer conditions bring the taste to the foreground.
